I think this is the first good lego project that I have done by myself that I am proud of. I first started a clone battle pack and made a decent ship from a youtube video (which in now taken down). I built that but wasn’t very happy because it looked crappy so I started changing peaces and adding new ones from my collection. After many revisions over it I came out with this. I am now proud of it, I like how I mad the engin and rear, the nice missals and guns, the cockpit, and it is all very stable. This definitely makes me one to stop by The Barn and get a little more serious.
I am just interested about what other people like about the twilight characters. I will only have 4 characters but I know there are more.
I have never seen Twilight or any of them but I have heard a lot about it so I know some things about it.

Rachel has seen her siblings listen to audiobooks on their iPods, so this week she decided she’d like to have some of her own – particularly in light of our upcoming road trip to Kansas in a few weeks. Last night we searched the iTunes Store together to explore what was available that might be of interest, and she found a Dr Seuss compilation of nine books along with Maurice Sendak’s “Where the Wild Things Are” which she thought would be great.
Since she just had $9, I agreed to split the cost of the books which totaled $13. This provided a good opportunity for her to learn how to divide by two, in a practical context. This evening at dinner she took 13 sugar packets at our restaurant and separated them into two groups, eventually figuring out she had to tear one in half. In this way she figured out we both needed to contribute $6.50 toward the purchase. This evening before bed she made her purchases with my help, and then recorded a five and a half minute podcast discussing her experiences with Audiobook purchases on iTunes. Lots of great learning together tonight!

Sunday was the 9th performance for Sarah in the Oklahoma Children’s Theater performance, “Twice Upon a Time.” The theater group had a professional photographer take pictures during the shows, and we collected fifteen of the images which include Sarah in this Flickr set. Way to go Sarah! Here are some of my favorites of our howling wolf!
