  • What a great collection of websites! Our eighth grade class is going to Washington D.C. this month and will be visiting ALL the places you listed! I’ll be sure to pass on your wonderful list to help them learn more before they go.

During the trip last year, some of the students had digital voice recorders and made recordings of their experiences at the sites and museums they visited. We called them “Sound Seeing Tours.” They also took some really cool pictures. You should check out the podcasts and photos at http://jp2washingtondc.blogspot.com

P.S. Say hi to your dad for me!

  • Grandmother

Sarah, thank you for sending us this site on Washington. I am going to send it to Aunt Jana and Aunt Kaye because they are school librarians and I think they could show it to the students at their schools.

Granddaddy and I are looking forward to having you with us on our trip!

    Love,

    Grandmother
